Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Standard Rate:
To confirm the reservation, Casas do Moinho requires a 50% down payment on the total amount.
Non-Refundable Rate*
Discount of 10% of the indicated rate with immediate payment of 100% of the total amount (only when available).
CANCELLATION FEE
Standard Rate:
Reservations canceled more than 15 days in advance will be without prejudice to the customer
Cancellations less than 15 days in advance, imply a loss to the client of 50% of the stay.
Non-Refundable Rate*
All canceled reservations or no-shows will be at the total loss for the customer.
Modifications are not allowed.
NO SHOW FEE
In case of no-show by the client, it implies a loss in the total amount of the stay
* Non-Refundable Rate - When available for booking at certain times of the year. However, we expressly let you know that this is a more attractive final price rate, with associated savings for the customer, but above all it is a rate with increased risk for the customer.
Other prices and conditions, which may include promotions, may be available at any time online or on request.
On New Year, Carnival, Easter, Holidays and Bridges, the High Season prices are valid.
